I think it’s important to not confuse religion, churches, and worship styles with true Christianity, which is none of those things but rather a relationship with God.

You wrote, “A church is as good as the people in it.” That’s true — and it applies to any organization, business, community, etc. But it’s independent of the foundation of personal faith in Jesus.

The point of my article was to encourage people to not judge Christianity by its followers but rather by its founder.
