I think you missed the point I was making.

I was talking about people who twist statistics, and in this case, predictors, and then other people who parrot those statistics without checking them out or taking the fact that they are outdated into consideration.

By the way, the Guttmacher Institute has reports that are more recent than the one you site that track a drop in the U.S. abortion rate. I included a link to that information in my article.
