Do You Care Who is Running for President in 2024?
I’ll care about the 2024 election in 2024
Donald Trump is running for the Republican Presidential nomination in 2024. Will Ron DeSantis run? How about Nikki Haley?
Joe Biden has indicated, though not officially announced, that he’ll be running for reelection. Will Gavin Newsome throw his hat into the Democrat ring? Will Pete Buttigieg try again?
Do you care?
I don’t.
At least, I don’t care right now in 2023.
But too many political pundits and prospective candidates seem to think that the 2024 Presidential election matters right now. It doesn’t.
Right now, I’m concerned about inflation, rising crime, and a federal government that is chipping away at my rights.
I’m concerned about what the people who are currently in office are doing — the people we elected last year and in the election cycle before that.
And I’m concerned about the dangerous unelected bureaucrats that are making major decisions we can’t do anything about that will affect our country for generations.
When it comes to the 2024 election, my only concern…
