Sometimes you see something and you wonder, just how stupid can someone be?

In Central Florida, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd is known for his prostitution, child predator, and sex trafficking stings. His department regularly makes headlines operations that result in arrests numbering in the double and sometimes even triple digits.

I have to believe police officers all over the country have heard of him and watched videos of him announcing these stings.
